Relating to identification of talented and gifted children.

Abstract

Directs Department of Education to conduct study related to identification of talented and gifted children and to report results of study to interim committee of Legislative Assembly related to education.] Sunsets December 31, 2021.] Declares emergency, effective on passage.] Directs school districts to use inclusive and effective methods for identifying talented and gifted children and communicating with parents about process for identifying talented and gifted children.
